Prevádzkujeme vzdelávaciu platformu zameranú na námorné témy pre študujúcich na Slovensku (online). Spracúvanie údajov nastavujeme tak, aby bolo zrozumiteľné, primerané a v súlade s GDPR a relevantnými dánskymi predpismi.
2) Čo je účel týchto zásad
Účelom týchto zásad je vysvetliť, aké údaje o vás môžeme spracúvať, keď si prezeráte web, keď nám napíšete cez kontaktný formulár, alebo keď sa rozhodnete prijať či odmietnuť nepodstatné cookies.

Údaje spracúvame v rozsahu potrebnom na prevádzku webu, odpoveď na dopyty a, ak súhlasíte, na analytiku a reklamné meranie. Nepracujeme so špeciálnymi kategóriami osobných údajov (napríklad zdravotné alebo finančné údaje) a nežiadať ich od vás.

18) Bezpečnosť spracúvania
Používame primerané technické a organizačné opatrenia na ochranu údajov pred neoprávneným prístupom, zneužitím alebo stratou. Patrí sem obmedzenie prístupu k dopytom, kontrola oprávnení, šifrovanie prenosu (HTTPS) a pravidelná revízia nastavení.
Ak nám napíšete, spracúvame údaje len na účel vybavenia dopytu a následnej komunikácie. Údaje nepoužívame na citlivé profilovanie a neposkytujeme ich nesúvisiacim tretím stranám.
